OK, let’s cut to the chase. I loved Kaleidoscope Yarns. Loved it. The selection was amazing & very fun, and the staff was sooooo helpful and friendly. I met the Crafty Hedgehog and bought a pattern of hers! I was also bowled over by the staggering volume, variety & quality of samples. Christine and I enjoyed a long visit and came away with some fun purchases.

I got these two skeins of Berroco Vintage:

and this pattern. I’m a super-happy customer!!

so cool! I’ll have to check it out the next time we’re visiting family up there (we have a bunch of family right in Essex Junction)!

Has there ever been a knitting store you didn’t love?

I grew up a few miles away from there & visit whenever I’m home! Did you make it to Northeast Fiber Arts Center in Williston??

I did, but have no pictures!! I was surprised by their large selection. I got 3 skeins of Encore Chunky.

NEFAC can be a bit overwhelming w/ their layout but they’re very friendly & have a great selection. Their sales are great too—over the summer I picked up some Noro Cash Island for 1/2 off!
